  Several months ago I dropped into the clinic early one morning without an appointment to enquire whether there might be a doctor available to see me. I wasn’t feeling well but all I required was a medical certificate. The receptionist bluntly told me that, being a new patient, even though I saw no one else in the waiting room, they could not accommodate me. She was not even forthcoming in offering an appointment time simply because I was a “new patient”. Actually I had been a patient there years ago but I will never return.

  The doctors here have always been so lovely and very attentive, but I just thought I'd leave a little feedback about your receptionist today. I went to the counter to pay after my appointment and when I said I just needed to transfer some money she actually scoffed at me! I couldn't believe someone could be so rude. We are all working hard and not everyone can earn a high wage, being treated like that is not ok. I hope you will have a word to her about her prejudices and attitude, and let's all be a little more understanding of each other.

  Dr Christine Longman is the best GP I have ever had. Her clinical skills are second to none, very caring and goes above and beyond in helping me deal with my complex medical history. I will devastated when the time comes for her to retire.

  This clinic completely dismissed concerns relating to the condition of my four-week-old son. The very afternoon following our morning appointment my son was admitted to the Royal Children's Hospital for three days. My formal, written complaint relating to the matter hasn't been acknowledged, nor responded to in any shape or form.

  Outrageously long waits, even to see the nurse, despite having an appointment. This would be more palatable at a bulk billing clinic, which these guys are not.
  
  THe doctors are ok but wasting people's time is not ok.
